The site nestled in a gated community of Sunny Brooks, the client wanted a dialogue between the solids and the voids. The sloping roofs, the beautifully ornamented railings in the balconies and an intricately designed patio, stands as a relevant example of a mixture of Mediterranean and Tuscan style of Architecture. The use of native material palette added a pinch of local flavour, just the way our client dreamed it to be.
